METHOD dba **EXO** **Construction Group** is a growing General Contractor, Designing, Engineering & Manufacturing buildings and products based in Surrey, BC. Our main focus is Tenant Improvements and Building Upgrades with growing demand within New Construction including EXO Building System, our proprietary modular building system.

**We are actively seeking a motivated and talented CAD Technician with great SolidWorks experience to join our growing team**.

**Responsibilities**
- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings using SolidWorks
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and specifications
- Review and analyze technical drawings and sketches
- Make necessary modifications to existing designs based on feedback
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all CAD drawings and models
- Maintain organized files and documentation for easy retrieval
- Working independently and collaboratively with internal and external business units
- Manage timelines on each project adjusting and communicating whenever required
- Contribute to a positive work environment with great flexibility to adopt and learn

**Skills, knowledge & Qualifications**:

- CAD Degree or equivalent
- **Advanced knowledge and Proficient** utilizing CAD software (**SolidWorks**) a must
- Strong understanding of modeling and drafting principles and techniques
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations an asset
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and sketches from architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical consultants
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Familiar with various manufacturing processes
- Solid understanding of manufacturing constraints, tempered with a creative solution seeking mindset
- Great experience with MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Agile project coordination and organization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi task effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
