**DESCRIPTION**:

- The Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of operations and
- customer service of the Table Games department through a trained and developed
- team of dealer’s, inspectors, and pit managers. The SM also ensures that all internal
- controls, rules, procedures of Manitoba Gaming Control Commission, Manitoba Liquor
- Control Commission, proceeds of crime legislations are adhered to and followed.
- Additionally, the SM ensures overall customer service is delivered throughout the
- entire resort while safety and organizational responsibilities are maintained. The SM
- oversees the entire Resort in the absence of the GM, Director of Operations or
- department Directors.
