**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on osteopathic principles.
- Utilize manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in hospital settings to enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Medexa.
- Engage in research activities related to osteopathy, including data collection and analysis.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current with advancements in the field.
**Skills**
- Proficient in medical terminology relevant to osteopathy and patient care.
- Experience in hospital environments, particularly in pain management and home care settings.
- Strong understanding of pediatric care principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to conduct research and collect data for clinical studies or quality improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with medical office operations, including documentation practices.
**Salary**:
- 60/40 split(higher percentage to the practitioner) along with all administration support, including advertising, online booking, direct billing, appointment reminders, invoicing, remote schedule and treatment note access for providers, a professional and spacious treatment room and supplies.

Pay: $50.00-$85.83 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week
