**Résumé de l’emploi**:
En tant qu'auditeur des opérations internes d'adMare, vous serez chargé de veiller à ce que les unités commerciales respectent les politiques de l'entreprise et les lois applicables. Dans ce rôle, vous soutiendrez la gestion des risques de processus rationalisés de l'établissement et vous serez la ressource de soutien des opérations pour comprendre les exigences de l'entreprise et les exigences légales. Expert des politiques et des procédures internes judicieuses et pertinentes, vous veillerez à ce que les pratiques internes et les procédures opérationnelles normalisées soient conformes aux règlements fédéraux et aux règlements de la Colombie-Britannique, de l'Ontario et du Québec, et vous ferez des recommandations sur la façon d'améliorer l'efficacité et de trouver des possibilités de réduction des risques et des coûts.

**Responsabilités**:

- Poursuivre les gains d'efficacité pour l'entreprise en termes d'identification, de recommandations et de suivi des processus qui se traduiront par des améliorations financières.
- Corroborer avec la fonction de risque les principaux risques commerciaux et évaluer l'adéquation des processus par lesquels ces risques sont évalués et dirigés par l'entreprise.
- Examiner la suffisance des informations, ainsi que l'adéquation et le fonctionnement des contrôles utilisés pour gérer ces risques.
- Examiner les processus et les systèmes pour s'assurer qu'ils sont conformes aux politiques, plans et procédures de l'entreprise, ainsi qu'aux lois et réglementations en vigueur.
- Évaluer les politiques de l'entreprise pour s'assurer qu'elles sont adéquates en termes de gestion des risques, d'efficacité ou d'évolution de l'environnement commercial.
- Développer des relations positives continues à tous les niveaux de l'organisation, y compris la haute direction, la direction des opérations et les principaux responsables des processus d'affaires.
- Communiquer les résultats des projets à la direction et fournir des recommandations d'amélioration.
- Contrôler et suivre les changements recommandés en termes de processus afin d'en assurer la viabilité à long terme.

**Expérience et compétences**:

- Le titre de comptable professionnel (CPA) est requis, et un titre de vérificateur interne certifié serait un atout.
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience (y compris dans une fonction de vérification) ou rôle de vérification dans une entreprise dont les activités se déroulent dans plusieurs provinces.
- La connaissance de l'industrie des sciences de la vie est un atout, mais n'est pas nécessaire.
- Capacité à résumer des problèmes complexes et à identifier les causes profondes grâce à une analyse solide.
- Autonome, positif et capable de diriger des projets sans supervision fréquente.
- Capacités éprouvées de résolution de problèmes et d'analyse.
- Démontrer un désir d'amélioration continue et une volonté d'assumer des responsabilités supplémentaires à un niveau sophistiqué.
