**Position Overview**:
As a Renovation Technician, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our renovation projects to life. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of various renovation tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in demolition and removal of existing structures and fixtures.
- Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general construction work.
- Install and finish drywall, flooring, tiles, and other materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans and specifications.
- Ensure projects are completed within the specified timeline and budget.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve challenges that may arise during renovations.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with the setup and clean up of construction sites.
- Handle and dispose of construction materials safely.
- Collaborate with the renovation team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in renovation or construction work.
- Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general construction tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
