**Junior IT/Network Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the maintenance and administration of network systems and IT infrastructure.
- Provide IT support to our staff, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Help implement and monitor network security measures.
- Participate in the planning and execution of network projects, including upgrades and expansions.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
- Keep documentation of network configurations and IT procedures up to date.
- Stay informed on the latest IT and network technology trends to suggest improvements.
- Work together with other IT team members to find solutions to more complex issues.
- Other duties as assigned by the IT Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Information Technology, Network Administration, or similar is preferred.
- Entry-level experience in an IT Support role is an asset.
- An interest in both IT and networking, with a willingness to expand skills and knowledge in this field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS) and IT principles.
- Familiarity with network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License without restrictions.
- Ability to travel to various job sites as required.
