**Résumé de la position**

Le styliste est chargé de contribuer aux ventes du magasin en fournissant le niveau d'expérience de service à la clientèle de The Webster à tous les clients, en établissant des relations avec les clients, en soutenant l'équipe de direction et en représentant The Webster sous tous ses aspects de manière cohérente.

**Tâches essentielles**:
**Ventes et service à la clientèle**
- Connaître et réaliser votre plan de vente quotidien, hebdomadaire, mensuel et annuel ainsi que celui du magasin.
- Démontrer une connaissance et une compréhension des différentes techniques de vente, telles que la vente croisée, et l'ajout afin de stimuler vos ventes et vos KPI.
- Démontrer des compétences de vente pour développer activement de nouveaux clients et développer davantage les relations avec les clients existants
- Démontrer des comportements qui reflètent les principes et la culture de l'entreprise.
- Gérer la base de données des clients individuels conformément aux normes et générer des ventes en utilisant le carnet de clients par le biais de rendez-vous et de correspondance quotidienne avec les clients
- Démontrer une solide connaissance des produits; tient à jour dans toutes les marques bio et esthétiques, et les tendances de la mode
- Démontrer un degré élevé de professionnalisme dans la communication, l'attitude et le travail d'équipe avec les clients, les pairs et l'équipe de direction
- Démontrer une étiquette appropriée lors de la communication avec les clients internes et externes (c'est-à-dire en personne, par téléphone, par courrier électronique et par écrit), les retours, les réparations et les modifications

**Politiques, procédures et conformité**
- Adhérer au manuel de l'employé
- Comprendre et exécuter toutes les fonctions du point de vente avec précision, professionnalisme et conformément aux directives de l'entreprise
- Adhère à toutes les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise
- Comprendre et se conformer à la politique et aux réglementations de conformité PCI
- Posséder une solide connaissance du processus de modification et de l'adaptation d'un client aux modifications
- Adhère aux règles de sécurité, de santé et de sécurité
- Maintenir l'apparence du magasin selon les normes visuelles The Webster
- Démontrer un haut niveau de qualité dans le travail, l'assiduité et l'apparence
- Capacité à travailler à des heures variées, la nuit, le jour et le week-end pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise

**Derrière la maison**
- Maintenir le magasin, la zone des employés, l'entrepôt et la salle de bain conformément aux normes de l'entreprise
- Aider à la préparation et à l'exécution des inventaires physiques des magasins et participer activement à la résolution des écarts d'inventaire
- Maintenir les normes de propreté et d'organisation
- Contribuer et soutenir activement les activités de non-vente et les initiatives de prévention des pertes.
- Réapprovisionner les stocks et maintenir des normes élevées de marchandise et de présentation des produits
- Maintenez votre « zone de responsabilité » désignée
