- Analyze incoming service requests and determine appropriate action
- Dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on urgency and availability
- Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments and provide updates on technician arrival times
- Monitor service progress and ensure timely completion of work orders
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatch activities, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth service delivery

- Previous experience in a similar role as a Service Dispatcher or in a related field
- Strong analytical skills to assess service requests and prioritize accordingly
- Knowledge of freight logistics and supply chain operations is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and working with computer systems, including AS400 or similar software
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and internal teams
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

**Salary**: $23.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
