We are looking for an Open-Source Intelligence Analyst for our intelligence programme.

The Open-Source Intelligence Analyst is responsible for reviewing, assessing, and validating threats uncovered in our open-source intelligence programme.

This position will fulfil an essential role at RHEA - working as part of the intelligence team and liaising internally to support the growth and development of the intelligence program overall.

**About the team and location**:
This is a client-facing role, reporting to the OSINT Programme Manager. This position operates out of RHEA’s Gatineau office in a flexible hybrid environment with an established team of RHEA security consultants delivering a wide range of security consulting services to various stakeholders.

**Tasks and Activities**:
The scope of work will include:

- Designing and executing data collection and media scans to support investigations and crisis management engagements.
- Ability to assess information and prove relevance for reporting.
- Designing and developing presentations, reports and other communications materials using MS office tools including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Coordinating calendars in support of client engagement activities and attending meetings to keep minutes.
- Developing meeting agendas and keeping minutes during meetings.
- Designing and delivering presentations (using MS PowerPoint).
- Attending meetings and workshops, providing contributions in security threats, vulnerabilities and mitigation.
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of programme tracking documentation.

**Skills and Experience**:
The following skills and experience are mandatory:

- A minimum of two years’ experience in a security, intelligence, research, or Information technology profession.
- Post-secondary education in computer science (or related field).

The following skills and experience would be highly desirable:

- Demonstrated knowledge of software development or statistical programming using Python, SQL, and/or SharePoint.
- Knowledge of cloud computing or machine learning.
