**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Window & Door Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for performing various installation tasks in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

**Overview**:
As a window and door installer, you travel to homes and businesses to remove old windows, doors, and frames, and replace them with new ones. Your duties include working with power tools, sealing fittings, taking accurate measurements, fixing units, transporting supplies, and cleaning up the job site. Installation of doors and windows, climbing ladders to complete jobs, and communicating with the customer are also your responsibility. You work with wooden doors, aluminum doors, and windows of all grades. Window and door installers work on new buildings and repair issues from previous installations that were done incorrectly or are damaged.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Measure, cut, and shape materials as needed for installation
- Drywall installation and repair
- Aluminum Break Experience
- carpentry tasks as necessary
- Caulking and sealing installations to ensure proper functionality
- Custom Window & Door Capping
- Report to daily to project manager
- Lifting up to 75lbs as needed
- Ability to work on a crew
- Willingness to learn Siding & Aluminum Installation

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of construction principles and techniques
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Experience with Window & Door installation and repair techniques
- Familiarity with construction sites
- Basic construction knowledge
- Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings
- Previous Window & Door Installation Experience
- Carpentry skills for framing or finishing tasks (if applicable)
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for proper sealing
- Experience with flooring installation, including tile, carpet, or hardwood

Pay: $30.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Licence/Certification:
