We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Specialty Barista to join our growing team.

**Job Description**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Specialty Barista with a minimum of 1-year experience working in a specialty coffee shop. As a Specialty Barista, you will be responsible for expertly preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages while adhering to recipes and quality standards.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and equipment to educate customers and provide tailored recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment, including the upkeep of coffee equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and handling payment transactions efficiently.
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere that encourages customer engagement and loyalty.
- Participate in coffee cuppings and workshops to further develop skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and maintain a high level of productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, including origin, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques.
- Proficiency in operating coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to continually learn and grow within the industry.

How to Apply:
