**What You’ll Do**

Responsibilities for this role are both dynamic and multifaceted, spanning across Technical Studies and Consulting Services. Prepare to engage deeply in the domain of Energy Management Systems, where you'll provide invaluable support ranging from installations to upgrades and ongoing maintenance endeavors. Your expertise will extend to script development, database modeling, and meticulous system testing, all while collaborating closely with our esteemed clients and vendors to troubleshoot and enhance operations. Additionally, you'll have the unique opportunity to engage with our global network of colleagues, fostering efficient coordination and execution of projects. On the consulting front, you'll be instrumental in orchestrating project timelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and contributing to the creation of compelling external content. **We’d love you to have**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering or a related field (such as Computer Science) or, comparable professional experience and capability
- Experience executing end-to-end testing (FAT, SAT and UAT).
- Good knowledge and understanding of operational technologies and systems.
- Experience of SDLC and various testing processes and methodologies including risk assessment and management.
- Experience working with Test Tools (e.g. HPQC, Jirq) for testing and defect tracking.
- Knowledge of EMS/ADMS modeling tools, display building tools, and domains.
- Excellent computer skills, including Virtualization, Windows servers, Windows desktops, and Linux
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations.
- Registered Professional Engineering status or willingness to obtain.
- Special Requirements_
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Ability to travel, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for business development and consultancy work.
- Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is primarily required to sit or stand at a workstation while operating computer, phone, and other office equipment. The employee is required to communicate: speak, write, type and hear.
