Level 2 - Maintenance Semi Skilled (Building Maintenance)

The Level 2 - Maintenance Semi Skilled (Building Maintenance) position, will be responsible for performing semi-skilled maintenance and repair services of the building which do not require extensive specialization in one particular trade.

**Performance Expectations**
- General construction skills:

- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Masonry/Drywall
- Painting
- Landscaping
- Basic electrical
- HVAC
- Maintain equipment in a safe and clean manner.

**Credentials**
- High School Diploma or equivalent general education.
- Minimum one year previous related experience.

**Desired Characteristics**
- Problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills and record-keeping skills
- Written and oral communication
- Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Ability to work in various temperatures
- Must have own hand tools
- Perform tasks independently
- Able to work in a team environment
- Maintain continuous learning by reading manuals and bulletins
