The IT Director is responsible for managing the IT department and overseeing all IT functions in the company. Will manage the company’s technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies. The IT Director must have a solid background in IT, as well as the ability to manage a team of 4-5 developers.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:_
- Oversee the IT Department.
- Oversee all IT operations including staff and infrastructure.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate IT projects in line with organizational objectives.
- Liaise with other departments, determine and address their IT needs and requirements.
- Manage and supervise employees in the IT department.
- Ensure the maintenance of current projects and technology systems.
- Identify vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.
- Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.
- Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Propose strategic solutions and recommend new systems and software.
- Prepare financial budgets and performance reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with external advisors and vendors.
- Ensure reported issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Oversee and manage operations and development.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field, or relevant experience.
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
- Effective communication, management, and organizational skills
- Experience in controlling information technology budget
- Knowledge of computing infrastructures
- Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools
- Must be bilingual.
- Detail oriented.
- Multi-tasker.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work both independently and with a team
