**WE ARE HIRING** and looking for a Dispatcher to join our team The schedule is 10 days on and 4 days off with a 8:00 am start and a 17:00 pm finish time with an on-call phone phone after hours while on shift

**Responsibilities**:
The dispatcher is responsible from the beginning of the process to the end. Quoting, building a manifest, dispatching the driver and following up until the POD is in the system and the order is ready for billing. To do this you are in constant communication with drivers as well as our customers. You will be responsible for dispatching deliveries, preplanning freight for return trips.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Dispatcher in the transportation field with knowledge of relevant regulations is required
- Experience and knowledge of Canada's shipping regulations and practices.
- Tanker and Low Bed shipping knowledge preferred
- This position requires an individual who is adaptable; self-motivated, results driven and a team player.
- Successful with building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- An expert at multi-tasking and effectively managing changing priorities.
- High level of detail in performing tasks.
- Proactive, able to identify early on any potential issues, and to implement solutions.
- Ability to work varying hours and be on call
