We are presently seeking Receptionist and Executive Assistant to join our team in Candiac, Quebec.

Duties of the Position
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Enter Sample Orders
- Project quotation preparation
- Some other administrative duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Secretary, Office Manager or Executive Assistant is a requirement
- Skilled in the use of MS Office programs
- Excel, Word, Power Point, Access
- Exceptionally well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Calm and professional and poised
- Pleasant phone manner
- Ability to speak and write well in both French and English

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
