- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs.
- Assist in sales of additional services or products as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic is preferred.
- Familiarity with heavy lifting and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Customer service experience is highly desirable, particularly in a dealership setting.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies in the automotive field.
