**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive work is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand safety instructions.
