**Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced product leader to lead the growth of our online payments product and maximize customer usage and adoption. This individual must possess a blend of business and technical savvy. We want someone who’s experienced and comfortable with a fast-paced high-growth environment, which means you’ll be given ownership and great responsibility.

Reporting to the VP of Product, you will drive the vision and direction for new school and district fee use cases on the SchoolCash Online platform and you will coordinate all parts of the product’s lifecycle, from ideation - to build, buy, partner decisions, to successful roll-out. You will own the company KPIs for improvements in online payment usage and adoption and you will lead regular cross-team leadership check-ins and report on status and performance.

You will also serve as the product evangelist for SchoolCash Online, working with sales, customer success, strategic partners, and key customers. You will identify, evaluate, and recommend partners to build or buy that can improve usage and adoption and build a business case. You will work with finance, customer success, product, and engineering to make sure all data needed to measure customer usage levels against goal as well as the impact of new usage initiatives can be easily tracked and reported. You will work with product design, product owners and business analysts, and engineering leadership to define requirements, set clear priorities, and review schedules to ensure the timely delivery of a high-quality product.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the expert on our online payments product, our users, and the problems they need to solve.
- Evaluate market requirements including market research to determine key trends and competitive threats.
- Review and analyze data regularly from across multiple systems to develop a thorough picture of how clients are currently using our online platform and develop and implement strategies to improve usage. Lead the development of new reports and dashboards to measure against our goals.
- Lead build, buy, partner analysis and decision making for new school and district fee use cases.
- Develop, prioritize, and maintain the roadmap for the online payments product.
- Own and lead a regular cross-functional KPI meeting to track online payment usage and adoption against goals.
- Partner closely with our product owners and business analysts to communicate the customer problem, product requirements, success criteria, and priorities so that they can create user stories, groom backlogs, and execute successful sprints.
- Develop internal and customer facing release notes that communicate and develop excitement for the functionality released and the value delivered.

**Qualifications**:
**You Bring**:

- A minimum of 5 to 8years’ experience working as a senior product manager in a SaaS business.
- Experience with online payments, e-commerce, or transactional usage models.
- Experience with Agile development processes, writing user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent speaking and presentation skills.
- Data driven decision making experience
- Great track record of working with sales, customers, customer success, engineering, and design teams: people should want to work with you again.

**You’re Extra Awesome With**:

- Experience in the K-12 market.
- Experience with Accounting, E-commerce/payments, FinTech, or similar.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with WalkMe, Pendo, or similar DAP software.
