WSP Global est à la recherche d’un.e gestionnaire, Communications internes mondiales, pour son équipe Communications mondiales. Relevant de la directrice, Communications mondiales, la personne retenue devra contribuer activement à l’orientation et à la mise en œuvre des communications internes mondiales chez WSP, une entreprise mondiale en évolution rapide.

Au sein d’un milieu organisationnel dynamique où la créativité et l’innovation sont mises de l’avant, cette personne jouera un rôle important dans la définition de la signature de WSP en communication, et cela, en créant des stratégies et des outils de communication adaptés à l’usage prévu qui produisent de bons résultats commerciaux et favorisent une vigoureuse culture de travail d’équipe et d’inclusivité.

La personne qui occupera ce poste devra gérer des employés et travaillera en mode hybride, soit trois jours au bureau du centre-ville de Montréal et deux jours en télétravail.

**Responsabilités**
- Contribuer au développement et à la mise en œuvre des stratégies et des plans de communications internes mondiales en vue de mobiliser les employés à l’égard de la vision et des objectifs de WSP.
- Appuyer les initiatives lancées à l’échelle de l’organisation et collaborer étroitement avec les responsables de diverses fonctions internes de WSP en leur offrant des conseils d’experts sur la façon de présenter des programmes mondiaux à l’interne.
- Rédiger du contenu de communication interne engageant qui reflète la voix des employés de WSP et appuie la stratégie d’affaires de WSP.
- Gérer le calendrier de communications internes mondiales de WSP.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe Expérience numérique mondiale au développement continu de la nouvelle plateforme de mobilisation des employés de WSP.
- Superviser et gérer une équipe de professionnels, et soutenir leur développement professionnel.
- S’assurer que les livrables de communication de haute qualité sont remis à temps, sont fidèles à la marque et excèdent la qualité attendue.
- Évaluer le rendement et l’incidence des communications internes et des pratiques du moment, et mettre en place un mécanisme veillant à leur amélioration continue. Se tenir au courant des plus récentes tendances et des meilleures pratiques en communications internes de façon à ce que nos approches demeurent adéquates et attrayantes.

Compétences
- Avoir un parcours professionnel en communications avéré avec plus de 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans ce domaine, y compris en développement de programmes de communications internes.
- S’exprimer professionnellement de façon excellente en anglais et en français, à l’écrit et à l’oral.
- Être en mesure d’occuper un poste dans un environnement dynamique et qui évolue constamment; être pragmatique et stratégique.
- Être capable de travailler dans un environnement numérique ainsi que de créer et de publier du contenu sur notre plateforme interne.
- Avoir un esprit axé sur les clients, les solutions et l’approche agile. Être motivé par le travail d’équipe, la collaboration et l’obtention de résultats concrets.

FORMATION
- Avoir obtenu un baccalauréat en communications, en marketing, en relations publiques ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme d’études supérieures en administration des affaires, en communications ou dans un domaine connexe constitue un atout.
