We are currently seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our products/services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve targets and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Able to make cold calls to potential customers to generate leads.
- Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in metal, steel, or stainless steel products.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in B2B sales and marketing or a related field is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in using various sales and marketing tools, including CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive to achieve results.
- A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge about metal, steel, or stainless steel products is preferred.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
- Experience in making cold calls for lead generation and sales conversion.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $21.00 per hour
