Pt League Convenor

We are looking for a **part-time League Convenor** to assist with running leagues at the **Westwood Area** (90 Woodbine downs Blvd, Etobicoke)

The shifts are **Tuesdays and Thursdays 6 pm - 11pm**. The schedule may change or expand as we our league grow.

**Job Summary**

**Pre-Season - **Distribution of schedules, team lists, league rules, sweaters, equipment or other information.

**Seasonal -**
- Assist with balancing team skill levels.
- Collection and consolidation of finances.
- Creation & preparation of schedules.

**Job Requirement**
- Experience working in a sports or leisure facility running leagues.
- Passion for hockey
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of hockey league rules, regulations, policies and programs
- Asset - Hockey Referee experience
- Experience in customer service or sales & marketing.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software (particularly Excel and Word).
