**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers onsite to ensure all tasks are complete according to project specifications and timelines.
- Plan and organize daily work assignments, including assigning tasks to crew members.
- Train and mentor crew members in proper landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate a variety of equipment, including skid steers, mini excavators, saws, hand tools.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients and team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and maintenance of equipment and materials.
- Assist with landscape installation, maintenance, and other related tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory roll.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant identification, and horticultural practices.
- Proven leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, coworkers and subcontractors.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project.
- Ability to operate skid steers, mini Excavators and hand tools.
