**Job Overview**

In this seasonal role (April until late fall) you will be responsible for maintaining the lawns, trails, walkways and roadways. Your duties are listed below. Over the course of a successful day you will ensure that all assigned tasks are done in a timely manner. Maintaining the grounds and trails, equipment’s and buildings are the top priorities for this role. Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Maintain hiking trails, grounds, and picnic areas
- On-going safe operation of lawn equipment, ATV’s, ect
- Collect and empty garbage receptacles/ Cleaning up outdoor spaces
- Handy at general repairs would be an asset
- Other tasks assigned

**Qualifications**
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Conscientious and safety minded
- Energized by a fast-paced working environment
- Experience with lawn and grounds equipment
- Physically fit and enjoys working outdoors
- Must be Mature, responsible and reliable
- Able to work independently or as a team
- Able to communicate and follow written and verbal instructions

Prior knowledge and experience with lawn maintenance/equipment or as a handyman is preferred

**Seasonal position early spring to late fall.**

**Wage is negational depending on experience.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blue Mountains, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
