We currently have an opening in **Mississauga, ON** for a:
**Preconstruction Administrator**

**How will you contribute to the team?**
- Prepare and issue Subcontracts based on signed and accepted Letters of Intent.
- Primary review of executed Subcontracts.
- Arrange printing, organize and distribute project documents to project team and preconstruction department at project start up.
- Maintain master document control list for duration of design-build projects.
- Prepare draft of letters of invitation for preconstruction tenders.
- Draft and issue addendums for preconstruction tenders.
- Maintain departments filing system and assist with clerical duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience**:

- Post-secondary education in legal administration
- 1-2 years Legal Secretary experience with exposure to construction law an asset
- Advanced level computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Knowledge of Jonas Software and Viewpoint Software would be an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Working Conditions**:
This position is office based.
