Kindersley, Canada Golden West Broadcasting Full time

**Who is Homefield?** A part of Golden West Broadcasting, Homefield brings marketing and organizational development solutions to clients across Western Canada. At work we call ourselves designers, marketers, strategists, planners, coaches, producers, developers, and writers - just to name a few. But that’s really _what_ each of us does. _Who_ we are is a little simpler. We’re a group of supportive, driven, life-long learners of our craft who support the growth of our communities. Not to mention, we’re experts at having complete conversations in gifs. (It’s a skill, we swear)

**What is a Marketing Coordinator?** MCs provide project management, campaign activation, and campaign reporting support to the Homefield Client Services team. They keep stakeholders informed while ensuring client campaigns are launched on time and in alignment with client’s objectives. MCs love terms like “communicate”, “project management”, “workflow”, and “beating the deadline”.

**What will you do?**
- Organize the launch of marketing campaigns. You’ll provide information to marketing specialists, complete quality assurance checks, follow up on deadlines, communicate, and then communicate more.
- Workflow management. When clients want updates to their campaigns or websites, you’ll enter the details into our project management system, review deliverables, and ensure updates meet our standard of work
- Reporting. You’ll create regular reporting decks to update clients on the performance of their marketing campaigns and websites

**Who are you?**
- A budding marketer. You have some level of marketing education or experience. You want to get your foot in the door of a marketing agency and grow over time
- A skilled communicator. You have effective written and verbal communication for a business setting, in the English language.
- Organized. Project management is in your DNA. You can break a job into manageable pieces, track who does which tasks, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule. _And_ you can do this for many projects at once, each with a different deadline.
- Tech savvy. You’re a PowerPoint pro, skilled in digital collaborate platforms, and a quick study of new tools.

**What’s in it for you? **Let’s get the obvious out of the way. You get to work with a fun, hard-working group who’s been known to have a laugh a time or two. But not only that:

- We act with integrity, innovation, and agility - and we strive to create an environment where you can do the same.
- We put a heavy focus on giving back to our communities - they are at the heart of everything we do.
- We offer regular coaching and ongoing development opportunities - we want you to be the best YOU you can be.
- You’ll work in a caring environment where the health, safety, and well-being of our current and future team members is a priority.
- You’ll get paid salary plus extended health benefits, pension plan, and Employee Assistance Plan.
- You’ll get to relax and recover - three weeks’ paid vacation and ten paid sick days per year, with vacation increases based on tenure_and_ your birthday off
