**Job Title: Agent Methode / Methods Agent**
En tant que agent méthodes, vous devrez utiliser vos compétences en méthodes pour définir et créer le dossier de fabrication (séquences d’assemblage, BOM manufacturier, instructions de travail visuelle) en vous assurant que les règles en santé & sécurité soient respectées et que les risques soient éliminés.
- Être responsable de la création du dossier de fabrication.
- Définir la séquence d’assemblage optimale en respectant les règles de santé sécurité et les contraintes techniques.
- Créer les gammes de travail en accord avec la séquence d’assemblage.
- Créer les instructions de travail visuelle adéquate en fonction de l’environnement de production. Le format pourra être 3D (industrie 4.0) ou 2D selon le type d’assemblage.
- Accompagner la mise en production des nouvelles gammes de travail.
- Maintenir à jour le dossier de fabrication (gamme de travail, instructions de travail)
- Établir des standards pour la création des gammes de travail et instructions de travail.
- Promouvoir une culture d’amélioration continue en s’appuyant sur les techniques de résolution des problèmes ainsi que les concepts Kaizen, « Six Sigma », « Lean », « Design Thinking » et Agile.
- Définir et contrôler l'évolution, les étapes clés et les points de contrôle du projet et en effectuer le suivi.
- Mettre en œuvre des projets d’améliorations du dossier de fabrication.
- Être proactif et contribuer au virage industrie 4.0 de nos processus manufacturiers.
- Travailler en collaboration avec différentes équipes: Ingénieries, production, gestionnaires de projets et IT.
**Qualifications et compétences**:
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en Méthodes de travail industrielle
- Maitrise de la lecture et compréhension des dessins d’assemblage
- Maitrise de la manipulation de modèle 3D
- Maîtrise dans l’exécution des projets manufacturiers
- Connaissance de PLM, MPMlink et Créoview (Un atout)
- Connaissance du milieu manufacturier et de ces enjeux.
- Solides aptitudes pour la communication (à l'écrit et à l'oral). Leadership, bon esprit d'équipe et compétences en gestion de changement.
- À l’aise dans un environnement de travail distribué, à distance et parfois au bureau si nécessaire pour le poste.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis.
**Methods Agent**
As a methods agent, you will have to use your skills in methods to define and create the manufacturing file (assembly sequences, manufacturing BOM, visual work instructions) by ensuring that health & safety rules are respected and that the risks are eliminated.
- Be responsible for creating the manufacturing file.
- Define the optimal assembly sequence in compliance with health and safety rules and technical constraints.
- Create work plans in accordance with the assembly sequence.
- Create the appropriate visual work instructions based on the production environment. The format may be 3D (industry 4.0) or 2D depending on the type of assembly.
- Support the production launch of new work packages.
- Keep the manufacturing file up to date (work schedule, work instructions)
- Establish standards for the creation of work plans and work instructions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement based on problem solving techniques as well as Kaizen, “Six Sigma”, “Lean”, “Design Thinking” and Agile concepts.
- Define and control the evolution, the key stages and the control points of the project and carry out the follow-up.
- Implement manufacturing file improvement projects.
- Be proactive and contribute to the industry 4.0 shift in our manufacturing processes.
- Work in collaboration with different teams: Engineering, production, project managers and IT.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Work Methods
- Proficiency in reading and understanding assembly drawings
- Mastery of 3D model manipulation
- Mastery in the execution of manufacturing projects
- Knowledge of PLM, MPMlink and Créoview (An asset)
- Knowledge of the manufacturing environment and these issues.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Leadership, good team spirit and change management skills.
- Comfortable in a distributed work environment, remotely and sometimes in the office if necessary for the position.
- Bilingualism (French and English) required.
