**About the Role**

The Analyst, Revenue Management will play a highly visible and integral role in the development of VIFC. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to deliver high-value work within a small and agile team. Reporting to Chief Revenue Officer, the Analyst will have exposure across Revenue Management, Operations, Corporate Development, and Technology to support the launch of our new service. Problem solving though detailed analysis and planning is critical to the role. Unique to this role, the Analyst will work on special projects for the executive team to further enhance the service and overall company.

This is a commercial and operational focused role, not an IT role.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the development of cross-functional processes, systems, and strategies as we prepare for launch
- Conduct research, case study analysis, and rationalize data to support decision making
- Develop and support reporting systems extending from the ERP systems and Power BI Dashboards
- Create financial and business models
- Support the execution of commercial and go-to-market plans
- Prepare ad hoc analysis for internal and external purposes

**What We’re Looking For**
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle significant variation in workload across several workstreams
- A natural curiosity, humility, and hunger for growth
- Process oriented and obsessive over details - you take pride in knowing all the details and ensuring accuracy
- Solutions focused mindset with a desire to build and improve
- Highly proficient with Excel
- Experience in PowerBI is considered an asse
