Robotic Instructor

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement a curriculum that aligns with educational standards and meets the needs of students.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's development.
- Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among students.
- Develop strategies and activities to motivate students and cultivate their interest in robotics and STEM.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in robotics and STEM education to continuously enhance teaching methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Prior teaching experience or experience working with students in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans.
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools and resources.
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to create a positive learning environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$45.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- West Vancouver, BC V7V 1J3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
