**Boeing Canada Operations Ltd**. is seeking a highly organized **Operations Support Specialist**, reporting to the Medium to Heavy Lift Helicopter, (MHLH) Program Manager working out of the **Ottawa, Ontario** office. The **Operations Support Specialist** will support the Program Management department.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Prioritizes and schedules management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of time.
- Tracks and maintains information relative to department and business operations. Verbally communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences.
- Processes incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources.
- Coordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources.
- Supports record keeping management services for the Quality Management System.
- Schedules and supports program level meetings.
- Customer access coordination to Boeing systems.
- Supports various audits and projects as required.
- Works under limited supervision.
- Other Administrative duties as assigned.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- 4+ years of experience in operations support or administrative activities or equivalent position
- Must hold G Drivers License or provincial equivalent
- Must be able to obtain Canadian Secret Level II Security Clearance
- Must be legally able to work in Canada

**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:

- Post-secondary education
- Experience in database management
- Bilingual in verbal and written French and English
- Active Canadian Level II Secret Clearance

**Typical Education and Experience**:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
