Landscape Labourer

Seeking a strong, well rounded individual to join our small but hardworking crew We are a small company that does a variety of outdoor services in the Balfour to Nelson area. You must have reliable transportation (truck is an asset) and be punctual for this position. Pay is based on experience, competence and ability to grow and learn - we’re a fast moving company and looking for individuals to invest in and grow with us.

Must be physically fit and comfortable enduring hard work at times - including continuously lifting concrete bags, moving a heavy wheelbarrow uphill or carrying around a 40 lb tool for prolonged periods. We also value work-life balance and provide flexibility with schedules, bonuses and perks, and down time during the day. A typical work week would be 30-40 hours over 4-5 days a week, Monday to Friday.

We work in the Balfour area and up to 40 minutes away from Nelson - you should be centrally located and able to commute to this area daily.
