**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated First Aid & CPR Instructor to join our dynamic team. As the Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering first aid and CPR training courses. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-quality training and the necessary skills to respond effectively in emergency situations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct First Aid & CPR Training:

- Instruct individuals and groups on first aid and CPR
- Ensure training materials and techniques are up-to-date, relevant, and in accordance with industry standards and guidelines
- Utilize engaging teaching methods and practical demonstrations to enhance learning experiences and instruction
- Supervise individuals during instruction
- Evaluate the ability of participants to adequately perform first aid and CPR.

2. Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure all training programs and practices comply with relevant regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and participant progress.

3. Client Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique training needs and providing exceptional customer service

4. Emergency Response Expertise:

- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques
- Serve as a role model and resource for instructors and participants alike.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a certified First Aid & CPR Instructor is an asset
- Current certification as a First Aid & CPR Instructor from Red Cross an asset
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training methods to meet diverse learning needs
- Knowledge of current first aid and CPR guidelines, regulations, and best practices an asset
- A passion for educating and empowering individuals to respond confidently in emergency situations
- English is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
