**Job Description**:
**Main Duties**:
Reporting to the Casino Shift Manager and under the supervision of the Food-Beverage Supervisor, this position focuses on delivering customer service excellence, and convenient Food & Beverage services, by preparing beverages for Casino guests in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.

**Responsibilities include**: Providing exceptional hospitality, emphasizing personalized service and attentive treatment, to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Receiving drink orders. Preparing mixed drinks, bottled/draught beer, wine, and other beverages. Maintaining bar inventory and liquor storage. Cleaning and maintaining bar glassware, surfaces, tools, and equipment. Serving food/snacks to customers. Accepting payment from patrons. Adhering to responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Handling other related tasks as required, to provide service to bar patrons.

**Conditions of Employment**
- The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
- Must possess valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Some SIGA locations operate in a high sensory environment. You may be required to work in an environment where you will be exposed to tobacco smoke, high noise levels, flashing and blinking lights, and a congested workplace. SIGA adheres to all occupational health and safety regulations and makes every effort to limit the adverse effects of these elements.

**Job Requirements**: Education**:

- Successful completion of a Bartending course at a recognized institution would be preferred.
- Successful completion of Responsible Service of Alcohol Program is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Experience in customer service and working with many diversified situations and personalities.
- Previous bartending experience in the restaurant and/or gaming industry would be preferred.
