Recruiting one crew lead for our 2024 season.

We are looking for an experienced lead hand/supervisor with an accomplished background of leading crews of 2-10 labourers in related fields (construction, roofing, framing, landscaping, etc.). The successful applicant will have a safety-first mindset, and the ability to manage staff morale and productivity while also providing client-centric dedication to quality work.
- Coordinate, manage, and ensure job efficiency and quality
- Provide point-of-contact for clients, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have a means of transportation to and from business warehouse
- Must ensure all work is performed with safety and quality as priority concerns
- Must have CSA approved steel toe shoes for work
- Daily requirement of lifting, bending, standing, and other strenuous movement
- G-class licence required
- Experience in driving cargo trucks and forklifts an asset, but not required
- Access to company vehicle may be an option

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6-7 months

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 44 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- driver’s licence (required)
