Are you an early riser who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests start their day with a delicious breakfast? Hyatt Place Windsor is seeking friendly and energetic Breakfast Attendants/Hosts to join our team for the grand opening in October 2024. We’re looking for individuals who can provide excellent service while maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring food is replenished and presented neatly
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with any questions or special requests
- Ensure food is prepared according to health and safety guidelines
- Keep the breakfast area clean, including clearing tables and wiping down surfaces
- Monitor food and beverage inventory and communicate replenishment needs to the kitchen team
- Engage with guests to create a positive dining experience and address any concerns with professionalism
- Assist in preparing simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, and hot beverages
- Maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests throughout breakfast hours
- Ensure timely breakdown of the breakfast area and proper storage of all items

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or food service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an asset
