We are looking for a Cook and Kitchen Helper to join our team As Summer approaches, wedding season has begun. There is some heavy lifting, traveling to other wedding venues (having your own vehicle is NOT a must), and some kitchen experience is a bonus but not a must with the right attitude and willingness to learn

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of food items.
- Plating meals for events
- Clean and sanitize work areas and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations.
- Assist in the stocking of food items.
- Assist in the setting up of kitchen equipment.

Hours are mostly Fridays and Saturdays during the summer with the possibility of more hours/days in the Fall and Winter

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
