Allied Universal is seeking** Professional Security Guards** in North York, ON.

**Title**:Security Guard, Full Time (Permanent)**

**Location**: North York, ON**

**Payrate: $18.00/hour**-$19.78/hour**

**Schedule**:Continental Rotation, Open Availability Required**

**Overview**:
**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a Hospital or Corporate Office Building.
- Standard First Aid and CPR (reimbursement provided where necessary)
- Drivers (G) Licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Open availability for rotational shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
- Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to **40** hours a week.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Access Control, CCTV Monitoring
- Patrolling of large spaces, on foot and vehicle
- Communicate with staff, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.
- Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage.
- Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
