Unlike the typical charge of one month’s rent plus taxes, our straightforward pricing model ensures transparency and affordability. Our fee is only due upon the successful leasing of your property, aligning our interests with yours and guaranteeing that our services are both performance-based and risk-free for our clients.

**About the Role**

Are you an entrepreneurial individual with a passion for real estate and client services? MAPS Rentals Inc. is looking for dynamic Leasing Agents to join our team. In this role, you will follow our proven procedures while bringing your own problem-solving skills, quick thinking, and professional communication to the table.

As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for conducting showings for pre-scheduled appointments and “closing the deal” with prospective tenants. You will need your own vehicle to efficiently travel to properties, as well as a computer and/or smartphone to handle your online tasks. Training and ongoing support will be provided by our executive team to ensure your success.

This position offers flexibility, allowing you to set your own hours as many inquiries and showings occur during evenings and weekends. Compensation is commission-based, offering you unlimited earning potential. MAPS Rentals Inc. will cover all marketing, advertising, and screening costs, allowing you to focus on what you do best—leasing properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Photography and videography of rental properties to facilitate the leasing process
- Install lock boxes to facilitate the leasing process
- Conducting showings in person
- Conducting move in inspections and key hand-off
- Completing move in inspection reports on your smartphone

**Compensation**:

- Leasing Agent will be compensated with **$25** per visit to the property
- Additional compensation of **$25** will be paid for every lease signed as a result of conducted showings

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
