WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Report to the Manager of Member and Travel Services.
- Interact directly with clients of the shelter to provide basic registry-related services, such as identification and health care look-up.
- Treat clients with dignity and respect, interacting with them in a caring, non-judgmental manner.
- Complete registry transactions accurately, confidentially and in a timely manner.
- Use administrative prowess to coordinate, report and track client information.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE
- You’re at least 18-years-old with a high school diploma and have an updated Police Information Check (PIC).
- You’ve got strong communication skills, along with sales or customer service experience.
- You have a love of learning.
- You have an empathic approach and at least a basic understanding of addictions and/ or mental health issues.
- You’re comfortable working in potentially challenging environments and situations.
- Your awesome attitude and genuine desire to help people is what matters most in this job. If have the below certifications, great If not, don’t worry because we’ll train you.
- General registry skills certification (Basic)
- Commissioner for Oaths (Registry-related business only)
- Marriage Licence Commissioner
- AHW certification
- Corporate Registry certification
