We are a boutique aesthetics clinic providing a wide range of services such as injections, skin care, laser, body and wellness and as we grow, we are looking to add a new member to our team as Clinic Concierge.
This posting is for the **AJAX & Port Hope** location. You will only work at the location for which you are hired.
This position is part time, progressing to FULL TIME. Must be able to commit to working at least 20hrs; from **TUESDAY-SATURDAY** based on clinic hours. Trainings may be done on non-working days like Monday but with due notice provided.

Main Responsibilities:
- Welcomes clients and visitors, anticipating client needs and ensures they are met
- Scheduling appointments, follow-ups via booking system
- Ensures smooth flow between appointments by assisting practitioners and service providers as necessary; updates practitioners about arrival, or delays
- Performs cashing out clients via POS system
- Filing and retrieving patient records; filing photos at end of day
- IMPORTANT: Assists in social media posts during the working day
- Open and close routine

**Job Type**: Part-time transitioning to Full-time
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
Work Location: Staff will work at one location, the location they are hired for.

This position is part-time progressing to Full-time. Must be able to work Weekends, Evenings This position will most likely be Tuesdays/Fridays/Saturdays and hours are 10-6 (Tues/Wed), 11-7 (Thu/Fri) and 9-4 (Sat). The goal is to allow this position to grow into full time with benefits and perks.
