Nous cherchons un **Directeur Général** expérimenté et dynamique pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes et soutenir la croissance de l'académie. Ce poste est essentiel pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'institution, atteindre les objectifs clés, et travailler avec les autorités gouvernementales pour obtenir les licences et accréditations nécessaires.

Le Directeur Général sera chargé de gérer le personnel, de garantir la conformité avec les normes éducatives, et de développer des relations avec les parties prenantes dans les secteurs éducatifs et gouvernementaux. La maîtrise du français est indispensable, l'anglais est un atout.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- **Gestion institutionnelle** : Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de l’académie, y compris la gestion du personnel, du budget, de l’exécution des programmes et des installations.
- **Relations gouvernementales** : Travailler directement avec les autorités locales et provinciales pour assurer la conformité avec les lois sur l'éducation et obtenir les licences et accréditations nécessaires pour les programmes liés à l'IA.
- **Planification stratégique** : Collaborer avec le Fondateur et PDG pour fixer et atteindre des objectifs à court et long terme pour la croissance et le développement de l'académie.
- **Licences et accréditations** : Garantir que tous les programmes sont conformes à la législation et travailler à l'obtention des accréditations nécessaires au fur et à mesure de l’expansion de l’académie.
- **Recrutement et formation** : Recruter et gérer le personnel académique et opérationnel. Assurer la formation continue pour maintenir des normes élevées.
- **Gestion des inscriptions** : Développer des stratégies pour augmenter les inscriptions des étudiants et maintenir un taux de rétention élevé en assurant la qualité des services.
- **Marketing et sensibilisation** : Collaborer avec les équipes marketing pour promouvoir les offres de l’académie auprès de la communauté locale.
- **Conformité** : Veiller à ce que toutes les opérations respectent les réglementations locales, provinciales et fédérales.

**Qualifications**:

- **Expérience en gestion d’institutions académiques** : Expérience confirmée (3 à 5 ans) dans la gestion d’institutions éducatives, y compris la gestion des opérations, du personnel, et des processus d’accréditation.
- **Expérience en liaison avec le gouvernement** : Solide capacité à interagir avec les autorités gouvernementales, notamment dans l’obtention de licences et d’accréditations pour les institutions éducatives.
- **Compétences linguistiques** : La maîtrise du français est obligatoire. La maîtrise de l’anglais est un atout.
- **Excellentes compétences organisationnelles** : Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément, à diriger des équipes, et à garantir le bon fonctionnement de l’institution.
- **Compétences en gestion d’entreprise** : Expérience en supervision financière, en budgétisation, et en planification stratégique.
- **Sensibilité technologique** : Intérêt ou compréhension des technologies et de l’intelligence artificielle dans l'éducation est un atout.
