**Description**

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Operations management: Work closely with the operations team to make sure transactions and investment activities are carried out smoothly.
- Commercial agreement negotiation: Review all types of commercial agreements to make sure they protect TCC's interests and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Legal advice: Initiate legal research to provide legal advice and direction to TCC's teams concerning various fields of law (compliance, commercial, investment, etc.).
- Training: Stay informed of new laws, regulations and market trends that might affect TCC's investment activities and share that information with team members.
- Collaboration with other departments: Work closely with internal teams, such as the investment, compliance and operations teams to guarantee a holistic approach to investment activity management.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in law;
- Quebec bar membership;
- Up to four years of relevant experience.
- Skills and knowledge
- Excellent command of the Microsoft 365 suite;
- General interest in simple and complex financial products;
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written), essential.
