Sleep Clinician

Complete Home Sleep Apnea Test (HSAT) Appointments. Provide instructions to patients regarding how to properly use the home sleep testing device.
- Be able to provide education about Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and how it may relate to current medical conditions and symptoms.
- Provide clear instructions for patients on how to properly use and maintain PAP Therapy equipment, especially for first-time CPAP users.
- Monitor patients on PAP Therapy through online Treatment Portal. Ensure policy guidelines are followed for regular monitoring and follow-up care.
- Provide continuing/ ongoing PAP Therapy coaching and support to patients on Treatment to improve adherence.
- Consult and coordinate care plans with the Technical/ Clinical Team Leader or the Medical Director for complex patient cases.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports and letters to physicians detailing patient progress over time.
- Keep accurate patient records

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Credential** may include: RT, RPSGT, RN, CPSGT, LPN
- Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (BCLS/CPR) if working some shifts in the clinic.
- **Strong People skills** - Ability to build meaningful trusting relationships/rapport with patients and coworkers.
- **Able to work with patients in a coaching capacity **- good communicator, caring, positive outlook, trustworthy, intuitive, attentive, and strategic thinker.
- **Selling skills** - able to use your medical knowledge and passion for patient care and health improvement to make sales of therapeutic PAP equipment to patients diagnosed with OSA.
- **Strong organizational skills** - Able to maintain a schedule. Can keep accurate and up-to-date patient records of all clinical interactions with patients.
- **Ability to work remotely **- can prioritize work, able to work well with remote based team members, self-motivated.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $26.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
