**Role Summary**

As part of the Marketing team, the Graphics and Content Specialist will be responsible for developing a wide range of multi-media content, from packaging graphics and sales collateral to social posts and blog copy. They will work closely with stakeholders to execute annual promotional programs and fine tune the voice of the Megapro brand in digital spaces.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Maintain accuracy and brand standards on all current package artwork and modify/provide new files as required. Work with the Megapro design agency as needed.
- Facilitate execution of client artwork in coordination with sales team.
- Create sales collateral for seasonal, tradeshow, and client specific promotions.
- Maintain social media channel content with a strong focus on Instagram engagement and growth.
- Create (shoot & edit) video content for training and marketing purposes.
- Facilitate small “handy” projects and capture content throughout the process.
- Work with Digital Marketing Manger on execution of the digital content strategy including blog writing and developing assets for various A/B testing.
- Support Marketing Manager on new package ideation and assist with testing and execution if necessary.
- General support for Sales & Marketing team as required.

**Experience & Skills Required**
- Proficiency with Adobe programs including Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, & Premier Pro. Familiarity with Canva.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Comfort both in front and behind the camera.
- Strong English writing skills.
- The ability to move on projects quickly and pivot with agility.
- Experience with executing go-to-market marketing programs.
- 4+ years relevant work experience.
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or other related field.
