Buyer/planner (6-month Contract)

**Position Summary**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Processing of purchase orders based on customer order requirements.
- Ensure the timely delivery of raw materials to meet production needs while minimizing delays.
- Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to monitor and manage raw material orders, delivery schedules, and transportation logistics. Ensure all materials are delivered on time and in the correct quantities.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to identify inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure that all raw materials meet required quality standards. Address any quality issues with suppliers.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions, such as delayed shipments, stock shortages, or material discrepancies.
- Participate in ongoing efforts to streamline supply chain processes and improve overall material planning efficiency.
- Other duties will be assigned as required by the supervisor and may vary depending on employee experience as well as production seasonality.

**What You Need**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain coordination or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft & Google Suite (Excel, Gmail, Google Sheets).
- Experience with supply chain software (e.g., SAP or similar ERP systems) is considered an asset.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and issue resolution.
- Ability to travel to vendor sites or other Cimpress/Vistaprint locations if required.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision for extended periods of time.
