Egg Grader

**Full Job Description**

**Purpose of Position**:
The Egg Packer Assembly Line Worker is responsible for ensuring all graded eggs are packaged safely, accurately, and quickly.

**Essential Duties**:

- Ability to keep up with multiple conveyor belts while packing. Be able to recognize, and communicate to a supervisor, any safety or mechanical issues. Inspect eggs for any defects through all grading positions. Examine cartons for quality issues, accuracy, and presentation. Make sure every carton is properly filled and dated. Keep floor and workspace clean during operation, and clean processing equipment and area at the end of production according to food safety requirements. Maintain focus and situational awareness while the grader/packers are running. Perform other duties related to grading/packing/shipping as assigned.

**Position Requirements**: - No prior experience or training.
- 18+ Years old
- Valid drivers license
- Team Players (assisting each other is required)
- Respectful and willing to learn
- Able to lift up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, bend and kneel
- Reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
