**What you would engage in**:

- Conduct groundwater and hydrochemical analysis and modelling.

**What we require**:
We respect the knowledge and experience you have gained to date and are willing to help you build on it. We do however require the following qualifications:

- A degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or Geological engineering, with a track record of continued development
- At least five years’ experience in hydrogeology including related to tailings and water storage dams, mine water management, dewatering, water supply, contaminant hydrogeology.
- Willingness to travel to sometimes remote sites to engage in field work
- Experience designing, installing and field testing of wells for water supply projects, aquifer feasibility studies, dewatering / depressurization and monitoring projects.
- Experience in implementing and undertaking groundwater and environmental monitoring and sampling programs.
- Working knowledge of industry standard software packages including: AQTESOLV, Leapfrog, Surfer, and GIS software.
- Working knowledge of industry standard groundwater modelling software packages including MODFLOW, FEFLOW, and SEEP/W.
- Eligibility to become professionally registered in your home jurisdiction.
- An ability to build relationships with multidisciplinary project-based teams.
- Experience in a safety focused environment with near miss and incident reporting requirements.

The salary for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 per year. Salary is based on applicable experience, education, and skill level.
