**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Help plan and execute operations & logistics / Attend various meetings in the office
- Work on various events/campaigns/activations as required
- Update contractors/materials/inventory master sheets
- Create Order Statements using Excel and Spreadsheets
- Follow up with quotes - communicate with vendors and suppliers
- Source event equipment, services and event supplies
- Create a planning manual to be used in the future
- Prepare packing lists / Load trucks with orders
- Pick-ups, deliveries, and shop for various events
- Follow up with event participants, vendors and assist with paperwork, helping them understand the program, health forms, etc.
- Participate in various social media initiatives, and update social media content (With appropriate approval)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Clean criminal record

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Enthusiasm for planning marketing/events/activation campaigns
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well with various teams or independently

**LEARNING OUTCOMES**:
Throughout this internship, the student will:

- Gain skills and knowledge in marketing and promotions, logistics, and event production and management
- Have an opportunity to learn how to plan and execute all of the above
- Strengthen their organizational, time management, interpersonal, and management skills

**Job Type**: Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: Up to $500.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
