**Data and Reporting Analyst (Data & Decision Support Specialist)**

TNO - The Neighbourhood Organization (TNO) is a well-established, not-for-profit, community-based social and health service agency providing a wide range of programs and services supporting low-income and newcomer communities across Ontario and sometimes across different provinces through online services and referrals. We are seeking a **Data & Decision Support Specialist **to join our team in a **full-time permanent** role. TNO is a great place to work and we make a difference in the communities we serve.

In this role, you will take the lead in collaborative processes to fulfill information needs, encompassing decision-making and reporting. This will involve designing and executing queries to extract data from diverse sources, adapting queries based on system changes or upgrades, and resolving issues related to report generation. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring a dashboard of key indicators essential to TNO programs and initiatives. Efficient utilization of data extraction and reporting will be a key focus. Additionally, you will provide expertise, training, and guidance on data management practices to both the TNO team and partner organizations, while addressing concerns related to data quality. Your responsibilities will also include developing a Quality Improvement Framework, collaborating with partners to ensure data accuracy, and managing error reports. Establishing policies, procedures, and processes to maintain secure data management and support program expansion will also be required.

**Job Type**: Full-time permanent position

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Some evenings and weekends may be required
