- Perform clerical duties including completing all records, documentation and patient or third party billings/charges, preparing receipts, invoices, letters, memos, and general filing

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Speak Cantonese/Mandarin
- Experience in retail pharmacy is an asset
